The Archive & Designs
All original artwork, digital collage arrangements, brand assets, and proprietary design layouts featured on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of The Grimnagerie LLC. In particular, our distinctive studio crest—featuring the crown and skull inspired by classical German folklore—is protected under copyright law. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.
Fulfillment & Transit
Because our finery undergoes a multi-stage manual production run involving layered structuring and archival matte cold lamination, please allow an appropriate fulfillment window for your pieces to be prepared before shipment. Once handed to the courier, transit timelines and delivery handoffs are subject to the carrier's protocols. The Grimnagerie LLC is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delays caused by transit infrastructure.
The Policy on Talismans
Due to the small-batch, artisanal nature of our curation, all sales are final. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship standard, ensuring every item is substantial, durable, and structurally sound. In the rare event that an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, please notify our desk via our Correspondence portal within seven days of receipt to arrange a studio replacement.
Legal Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Grimnagerie LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, digital platform, or physical products. Purchases are intended for personal use and curation only unless a formal wholesale partnership contract has been executed.
